At ALIGNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
